CO-FOUNDER 

Iryna is a technical recruiter and the co-founder of Equally Talent. She started her recruitment career in Tech back in 2012 in Kyiv, Ukraine. Since then, she has founded two companies, moved to China and after
to the United States, where she continues learning and working in talent acquisition.

For me, recruitment is about human connection. It’s an incredible feeling to be able to match talent with their dream jobs and help startups to scale and build teams, achieving new heights that they may not have thought possible!

I've been a follower of human-centered leadership for the last 10 years. I believe in a similar approach in recruitment. Working with candidates, we try to keep them at the center of everything we do. We care about the candidate’s interests as well as the company’s.

Valerie is a co-founder of Equally Talent, a US recruitment agency. She started her career in employer branding, then switched to talent acquisition and people management. Valerie's key strength is in getting into multiple areas of talent acquisition to make the whole engine run smoothly.
